Lakers Rumors: LA Debating Between Rajon Rondo, Younger Players for Backup PG

The Los Angeles Lakers are mulling their options for the backup role behind rookie Lonzo Ball at point guard, according to Ramona Shelburne of ESPN:

Ball, the No. 2 pick in this year’s NBA draft, will be the presumed starter at the 1. He’ll likely be joined in the backcourt by Kentavious Caldwell-Pope—who reportedly signed a one-year deal with the team per Brian Windhorst of—along with a projected starting frontcourt of Brandon Ingram, Julius Randle and Brook Lopez.
