Trey Burke Says ‘No One Wants to Play’ in Utah After Jazz Lose Gordon Hayward

Washington Wizards point guard Trey Burke, who spent his first three seasons in Utah, said “no one” wants to play for the Jazz in an exchange with fans on Twitter.

Burke responded to a fan who said he wasn’t “talented enough” to make it in Utah:

The former Michigan star was traded to Utah as part of a draft-night swap with the Minnesota Timberwolves in 2009. He never quite developed into the Jazz’s point guard of the future after a promising rookie season and was sent to Washington last summer.
