Los Angeles Lakers president Jeanie Buss described rookie guard Lonzo Ball as “exciting to watch” in a brief interview with TMZ Sports on Sunday.
“I think he’s exciting to watch, and I think we have a lot of exciting players on the Lakers this year—a lot of good, young talent,” Buss said. “We have the great Luke Walton as our coach and Magic Johnson, and the future looks bright.”
Buss also refused to discuss the potential that the Lakers will sign Paul George, who was traded by the Indiana Pacers to the Oklahoma City Thunder. George will be an unrestricted free agent next summer and is a Southern California native.
