Jodie Meeks, Wizards Reportedly Agree on 2-Year, $7 Million Contract

The Washington Wizards and free-agent guard Jodie Meeks agreed to a two-year, $7 million contract Sunday, and he should serve as a backup behind Bradley Beal.

Meeks, 29, spent last season with the Orlando Magic. He averaged 9.1 points and 2.1 rebounds per night in 36 games, including 10 starts, shooting 40.9 percent from three-point range.
